App Me Up is a digital solutions brand that designs and develops custom applications, workflow systems, websites, business dashboards, and operations tools. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are agreed in a separate written project agreement signed by both parties.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape it for automated reproduction, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the service for other users.
Intellectual Property
The App Me Up name, logo, brand assets, methodologies, and the content of this website are owned by App Me Up and protected under applicable law. Custom deliverables produced for a client during an engagement are transferred to that client upon final payment, as set out in the project agreement. We retain the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Payment & Cancellation
All paid engagements are governed by the payment schedule set out in the relevant project agreement. Milestone payments are non-refundable once work for that milestone has begun. Cancellation policies, refund conditions, and dispute procedures, if any, will be defined in the project agreement.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, App Me Up's total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any project agreement entered into with App Me Up are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
