Frequently Asked

Questions, answered

Everything you might want to know before working with App Me Up — timelines, costs, ownership, support, and more. Don't see your question? Get in touch.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A small website or internal tool typically launches in 2–4 weeks. A custom application or workflow system usually takes 6–12 weeks. Larger multi-module systems can take 3–6 months. After our first call, we provide a detailed timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is project-based, not hourly. Smaller engagements (websites, internal tools) generally start in the low four figures (SAR), while custom applications and workflow systems range higher based on scope and complexity. We provide a fixed quote after understanding your requirements — no surprise charges.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before any detailed project discussion. If you have your own NDA template, we'll review and sign it. If not, we have a standard mutual NDA we can share.

Can you work with our existing team or designers?

Absolutely. Many of our projects involve collaborating with in-house teams, existing designers, or other agencies. We're flexible about how we plug in — whether that's leading the build, executing handed-off designs, or augmenting your team for a specific phase.

What happens after launch — do you provide support?

Yes. Every project includes a defined post-launch support period (typically 30–90 days) for bug fixes and adjustments. Beyond that, we offer ongoing maintenance retainers for continued updates, monitoring, and feature work.

What are your payment terms?

We typically work on milestone-based payments — usually 30–50% upfront, then payments tied to project phases or deliverables, with the final amount due on launch. For larger engagements we can structure monthly retainers. All terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

How many revisions are included?

We don't lock you into a fixed revision count. Within an agreed project scope, refinements during each phase are part of the deliverable. Substantial scope changes (new features, redesigns) are discussed openly and quoted separately if needed.

Who owns the code and design after the project?

You do. Once final payment is received, all custom code, designs, and content we produce belong to you. We retain the right to reference anonymized project elements in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?

We work in collaborative phases — you review and approve at each milestone, so there are no end-of-project surprises. If something isn't right, we work with you to make it right within the agreed scope. Our goal is a system that actually fits your business, not just a delivery to mark "done."

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. While we're based in Saudi Arabia, we work remotely with clients across the Middle East and globally. We support both Arabic and English communication, and accept payment in SAR, USD, EUR, and most major currencies.
